Quality Policy

Philadelphia Chocolate Manufacturing Company’s underlining quality policy is to ensure that its chocolate products are of the best possible physical conditions in terms of hygiene, health, appearance and customer acceptance. Furthermore, the company is committed to providing its chocolate at reasonable prices and at a consistent level of quality.

The company’s manufacturing process is consistently in line with the Jordanian specifications pertaining to all products it manufactures. Where applicable, the company formulates internal quality specifications that are higher than the standards required by the Jordanian specifications.

We believe that our customers’ satisfaction is our aim and measure of success; from this philosophy the following policies emerge:

ISO 9002
Adoption of the ISO 9002 standard is considered  an example of our commitment to quality.
The company will work at all times in the manner defined in the documented quality manual,
thus ensuring that the standards in ISO 9002 are being maintained.

GMP
In addition to the implementation of the ISO 9002 quality system, Philadelphia Chocolate Manufacturing Company’s  management is  committed to the  introduction  and implementation of yet  another  quality
assurance  system , namely the GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ) , which is directly linked to the
quality of the products the company produces.

HACCP
We are in the process of attaining the HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Point) food quality certification, and the system is in the process of being implemented in our manufacturing facility with training seminars being conducted for all production employees.
